We have introduced some new additions to our unique vintage homewares this week.
Firstly, we were lucky to source this lovely pair of vintage cobblers shoe lasts.
Unfortunately it is often the case that when the shoe lasts are rescued from old shoe factories they often lose their “partner” so its nice to find a pair of matching lasts still together.
We also have a selection of vintage bobbins in stock which have been rescued from disused mills and are a relic from an industrial bygone age.
Our other new additions are two wonderful timers.
The first is a two minute timer, perfect for timing your boiled eggs in a morning.
Another option are our 5 minute Tea Break Timers.
Both timers have been handmade in the UK using reclaimed bobbins rescued from textile mills in the North of England. They are crafted and finished by hand to produce these charming kitchen accessories which are so nice they would also be suitable as a unique and interesting gift.
